Cottage/Area Details: The very spacious property offers 6 bedroom with the capacity to sleep up to 22 people. Bedroom 1, with en-suite bathroom, 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bedroom 2. En-suite with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bedroom 3. En-suite with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bedroom 4. 1 double bed, 1 single bed and wash hand basin. Bedroom 5. 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom 6. On ground floor and with access to garden. En-suite bathroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. This room has it's own breakfast area and kitchenette. The main bathroom is upstairs.
Downstairs, extremely spacious entrance hall, cloakroom and toilet. Lounge with comfortable seating for 14, dining room with seating for 18 and dining area in kitchen to seat 8. Sunroom with views over the garden, shower room and toilet, door to the garden. The kitchen is large and well equipped and a range cooker is provided (gas hob, electric oven)There are two fridges and a freezer. Off the kitchen there is a large utility room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and a further freezer and a door to the garden with washing lines outside. A gas barbecue is provided and plenty of garden seating and tables. For parties requiring more space the superbly refurbished adjacent bungalow can be hired at extra cost.
