Cottage/Area Details: Bysbie View is a Grade C listed cottage located a short walk from an attractive and active harbour. The accommodation is located on three floors with lovely harbour views from the top floor. The sunny, small garden is at the rear.
Historic mainland Isle of Whithorn is to be found on the Solway Firth and is an ideal spot for fishing, bird watching and walking/cycling holidays. Golf, historic sites, a coastal path and a sandy beach can be found nearby. Other local attractions include a whisky distillery, Scotlands National Book town and Galloway Forest Park. Trips to Northern Ireland are available from Stranraer.
The local population of about 300 are welcoming and friendly to visitors.
