| Accommodation Description: "Home from home with bells on!“ A traditional stone farmhouse of the area, with all of the accommodation on the ground floor. The superb kitchen and breakfast room has French doors leading the back garden where there are hammocks to lounge in! The dining room with log burner leads through to the comfortable lounge (with English TV), which also has French doors to the garden. There are three double bedrooms, family bathroom and second WC. High beamed ceilings & long windows make the house light and airy during the hot summer months. The private garden leads to the fenced shared pool. All linen is provided, cot available.

Cottage/Area Details: Set in seven acres of private grounds, Chenevaux is an old farm with farmhouse, gite, art studio (pottery and painting lessons offered), fenced pool, pitch & putt , table tennis, croquet, boules, barbeques and restored bakery. The nearby villages of St Pierre de Maille and Angles sur L’Anglin have beautiful rivers, shops, cafes and a ruined castle! Canoeing, horse riding, golf, Futuroscope, historic towns, the Brenne National Park and many other activities are within a short distance. Easy access from Poitiers, Tours and Limoges airports.
