Cottage/Area Details: Standing on its own in the ancient and beautiful Penwith landscape, Chy Barnett has sea views from all its main rooms. Inside the house, built in 1885, the original wood floors and wood panelling have been kept, together with the pretty tiled fireplaces.
Accommodation is spacious with sitting room, dining room, kitchen with table and chairs, French range electric cooker, microwave,
fridge/freezer, conservatory. Two loos, shower, bath. Large garden, lawns fringed by brilliant wild flowers. Parking for three cars. Garage. Some heating included in price.
The garden is mostly hydrangea and membretia, but there is plenty of grass on which to set out the garden chairs and where children can play. About 300 yards along the track and a scramble over fairly low rocks brings you to a lovely sandy cove with good swimming at low tide.
