Cottage/Area Details: Cobb Cottage is a traditional semi-detatched 200 year old cottage situated just yards from the village square of St Keverne and ists 14th Century church. A small enclosed paved area in front of the cottage leads through a stable door into a cosy, beamed sitting/dining room, with a colour TV, video and hi-fi. The fitted kitchen has an electrical cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Stairs lead to the three double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds, plus an attractively decorated bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin, W.C, heated towel rail and airing cupboard.
Immediatley opposite the cottage is a walled patio area with garden furniture and washing line, ideal for barbeques on summer evenings. Cars can be parked in front of the cottage or in the village square, which boasts a small supermaket, newsagents, post office, quality butcher, a bistro and two pubs serving good food. there are sandy beaches only 2 miles away at Coverack and Godrevy Cove. |
