Cottage/Area Details: Nestled in a secluded courtyard in the historic village of Nether Stowey, this former cider making barn has just been converted into a quality two bedroom holiday cottage with all amenities.
The cottage is in the grounds of The Old Cider House our 4 diamond guesthouse. Breakfast and evening meals can be taken with us there or you can try one of the 3 inns or village bistro if you'd rather not cook for yourselves.
Samuel Taylor Coleridge lived in the village and wrote the Rime of the Ancient Mariner and Kubla Khan whilst here. The Cottage is at the foot of the beautiful Quantock Hills which are perfect for walking, cycling and the ideal base for sightseeing.
