Accommodation Description: Harbour Cottage offers 1 large double with ensuite shower on ground floor, 1 large double & 1 single on second floor, extra childs single bed, bathroom, living room with sofa bed & dining area, fully fitted kitchen. short breaks in low season only

Cottage/Area Details: The perfect location Relax and unwind in comfort and style just 2 and ½ miles from the beach and Helford river where water sports are available, also 1 mile from Mawnan Smith village which has a nice selection of shops a thatched pub which serves food and a Italian restaurant. They are delightful conversions of traditional Cornish buildings set in the inspiring country of the south Cornish coast. Cidar Press & Gwarthegva Barn can be rented together perfect for larger families sleeping 10 in total. Gwarthegva Barn is a newly converted barn of honey coloured granite with slate roofs and probably dates from the late 17th or early 18th century. It is set in a tranquil, south facing valley. Cider Press cottage is a newly converted cart shed with stripped wood floors on the same site as Gwarthegva Barn. Argal Lodge Cottage is a Gothic gamekeeper's cottage on the edge of woodland, it offers secluded and comfortable accommodation. Hidden up a tree-lined drive, the house has a good sized garden with a sunny and sheltered terrace which is safe for children. It is extremely well placed for beaches, riding, tropical gardens, Helford River, 2 miles West of Falmouth. Harbour Cottage is situated just two minutes from Falmouth harbour and main street. It offers a high standard of accommodation on three floors.
