| Accommodation Description: Heights View sleeps sleeps 10 plus 2 babies and offers 1 king,with ensuite, 1 Triple, and a bunk room. There is a double Relyon sofabed in the lounge and a full size single pullout bed in the bunk room. In addition there is 1 large bathroom with shower over bath, a lounge, a second lounge, dining kitchen, conservatory with additional dining area. Parking for 4 cars. 100yds to excellent pub selling food and cask ales. Broadband Internet connection included.
2 travel cots and highchairs available if required but please provide own cot linen
Please book Christmas and New Year breaks directly with the owner.
A security deposit of £150 is required per booking which is returned on satisfactory inventory after the holiday.
A total of £180 deposit is required by the owner. An initial 10% plus VAT is taken initially on booking online, the remainder of the £180 will be due to the owner immediately, on confirmation of the booking.
Changeover days are negotiable.

Cottage/Area Details: Welcome to Heights View
Heights View is a bungalow of distinction with extensive landscaped gardens. It is situated just 3 miles from the foot of Windermere just off the main A590 and superbly positioned for major tourist attractions in the South Lakes area.Haverthwaite Steam Railway is directly across the road. The South Lakes Wild Animal Park, Aquarium of the Lakes and Grizedale Forest Visitor Centre are all within easy reach.
The Anglers Arms is only 100 yards away and serves excellent food together with cask conditioned ales. The Steam Railway also serves a range of excellent food including breakfast and is just across the road.
The bungalow is very spacious sleeping up to 10 people plus 2 babies.
Heights View offers 1 king with en-suite, 1 Triple, and a bunk room with additional pull-out single bed. In addition there is 1 bathroom with shower over bath, a lounge, a second lounge, dining kitchen, conservatory with additional dining area.
