Cottage/Area Details: Welcome to tranquil Higher Rockes Barn in the pretty village of Butleigh, only 10 minutes drive from the historic town of Glastonbury with the Tor, cafes, and bookshops.
The Barn is a peaceful spacious open plan living space with a simple relaxed style looking onto the garden and fields. It was part of a 16th century hilltop farm.
The main area has high beamed ceilings, a flagstone floor and a wood burner., The sitting and dining areas but the kitchen, gas cooker, fridge etc.. One sleeping area is under the mezzanine floor with a double sofabed, extra mattresses if required, another bedroom is upstairs. There is a shower room with rustic French style toilet.
Dorset coast 1 hour, Bristol/Bath 1 hour, Wells 25 minutes.
