Cottage/Area Details: West Down is a small village 3 miles inland from the coast near the famous sandy beaches of Woolacombe, Putsborough and Croyde. Glorious coastal walks are within 3 miles and Exmoor is not far. Barnstaple is only 9 miles away, and is a busy market town with lots of history.
The village is complete with its own pub and excellent village shop within 100 yards of the cottage which is terraced and overlooks the Village Square, Kingsclose was the owners second home until they headed west to the Old Vicarage approximately 100 yards away. They make their outdoor heated pool
available from June until September. The cottage is modernised and equipped
to a high standard and has full central heating.
