Drawing room, large dining room with open fire and dining table to seat 10, separate modern kitchen with range cooker, utility/drying room. Garden with (garden furniture in the summer months) Ample car parking. £500 good house keeping deposit, payable directly to the owner with the final balance, which is returned within seven days of departure, less heating and electricity/breakages/extra cleaning costs. Kinnaird House adjoins Kinnaird Garden cottage and can be let separately or in addition for larger parties
