Cottage/Area Details: La Motiniere is a former cider press adjoining the owners property and is set in a tranquil country setting close to the coast between Granville and Villedieu Les Poelles. Ground floor accommodation comprises of a large open plan living/dining area with corner kitchen (there is also a downstairs toilet) whilst on the first floor there are two twin bedrooms, shower room, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
