Cottage/Area Details: 18th Century link detached stone cottage of considerable character in pretty village at foot of Brendon Hills in Exmoor National Park. Exposed beams, flagstone and wood floors, wood burner and open fire.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. Two comfortable bedrooms, one with double bed and the other two singles. Attractive dining room, with welsh dresser and farm-house style table, seating for six, ideal for that special evening, celebration dinners, birthdays etc. Cosy, living room with two sofas, one of which converts to a double bed.
Peaceful, hill-side garden 50 yards from cottage - with barbeque area and view over the valley. Parking for 2 cars. Beautiful, varied walks from door, on The Coleridge Way. Coast 3 miles. Pets welcome. Local shop and inn with garden. |
