| Accommodation Description: With views of the Estuary and Appledore from all three floors, this property comprises of Ground floor; entrance via the utility room, master bedroom with ensuite shower room, toilet and hand basin. First floor; front entrance, kitchen, stairs to the ground floor and upper floor, toilet and hand basin, open plan lounge dining room with balcony, table and chairs for 2 people. Second floor; large twin bedroom with built in wardrobes and a smaller twin bedroom plus large family bathroom with shower over the bath, hand basin and toilet. Outside there is an enclosed patio area with garden table and chairs to seat up to 8. Private parking for 2 cars. Security deposit required with final payment of £150 cheques accepted and the security deposit will be returned within seven days of departure. Sorry no smoking in the property. |

Situated where the estuaries of the rivers Taw and Torridge meet, Appledore is a unique, bustling little port full of charm and character.
The beaches of Instow and Westward Ho! Are a five minute drive away. Nearby there is tennis, riding, swimming pool, North Devon Links Golf Course, the Tarka Trail and RHS Rosemoor. The market town of Bideford is three miles away where you can board the boat to Lundy.
