Cottage/Area Details: Converted small mill on River Teign, 7 miles west of Exeter on Dartmoor National Park boundary. Peaceful rural setting in 5 acres gardens/woods.
The western end of the mill was the working part which has been converted into the holiday cottage. The cottage has extensive gardens for you to explore between the leat and the river and up to the wooded valley behind the Mill-house - about 5 acres in all.
Secluded but easy access 1 mile Dunsford village, shops, garage. Good pubs/food nearby. 10 mins from fishing/golf, 30 mins seaside/riding,walking locally/ Dartmoor, National Trust Houses/Gardens.
