Cottage/Area Details: Situated in the village of Dunbeath, Strathallan provides very comfortable accommodation - a home away from home. The property is within walking distance of a sandy beach, harbour, a local shop and restaurant. Caithness is known for its cathedral like skies and the area is rich in archeological sites. You can visit the Castle of Mey, John o’ Groats from which you can take a day trip to Orkney, as well as explore the dramatic northern coastline – Duncansby Stacks and Dunnet Head - the most northerly point on the UK mainland with of course views over to Orkney.
