| Accommodation Description: Comfortable, spacious and full of character. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with an electic oven with 4 hot plates, washing machine, mircowave, slow cooker, kettle, toaster and cafetiere. There is a shared use of tumble dryer.
The living room has an exposed stone wall and beams. It is a good size and has a sofa and two comfortable chairs, TV with freeview, DVD player, and radio/tape/CD player.
Stairs lead from the kitchen to the vaulted large bedroom with en suite bathroom.
There is a 6ft bed,(Which can be made into 2 single beds if required), and a further 3ft single bed. A cot can be provided if required. There is room to sleep another child on a matress on the floor if required.
The bathroom has a walk in shower newly installed a separate bath, toilet and basin.
Garden funiture and a BBQ are provided in the large, mature garden, providing privacy if required.
Parking for one car. off road and private.
Well behaved dogs welcome (£10 supplement per dog).

Cottage/Area Details: Orchard Cottage and The Bothy are two delightful old stone cottages, attached to the historic West Hill House, which is occupied by the owners. The cottages are situated on the southern side of the village of Broadwindsor, in a beautiful setting.
Broadwindsor is a popular, historic village situated <b>approximately 3 miles from the beautiful small town of Beaminster.</b> The town has a good range of local and specialist shops and a lovely market square. There are also many buildings of architectural importance, a museum and Mapperton Gardens close by.
<b>Lyme Regis is about 12 miles away</b> and is a most delightful seaside town with harbour and the famous Cobb. The town abounds with art galleries, restaurants and other entertainments.
The Jurassic Coast, the only natural World Heritage site in the UK, and <b>the bustling market town of Bridport, with West Bay, are minutes away by car.</b> Fishing and golf are available nearby. |
