Cottage/Area Details: This substantial house stands in a favoured central position close the water's edge. The accommodation, over three floors, does not include the basement flat.
The principal rooms have balconies and spectacular harbour views. Steps lead down to private water access and the Yacht Club. Beaches and ferries are nearby, as are excellent shops, restaurants and pubs.
