Cottage/Area Details: Trefil is a well-equipped 3 bedroom detached house situated on the edge of Tavistock. This an ancient picturesque market town very well located nestling between the Dartmoor National Park and the Cornish border. It offers the opportunity to explore many of the local historic houses and gardens such as Buckland Abbey, Cotehele House, Morwellham Quay, and The Eden Project. The historic cities of Plymouth and Exeter and the coastal resorts of both Devon and Cornwall are within easy reach. The centre of the town is a mile away and has excellent shops, several good pubs and restaurants and a daily pannier market selling local produce.
Moorland walking, cycling, pony trekking, horse riding, canoeing, golfing and bird watching are just some of the popular activities available.
